📦 Orders & Delivery

What are your delivery times?

We offer several delivery options:
Standard UK Delivery: 2-3 business days
Express Delivery: Next working day (order before 2pm)
Saturday Delivery: Available at checkout
All orders are dispatched Monday-Friday. Orders placed on weekends are processed on Monday.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the UK only. International shipping will be available soon. If you're interested in international delivery, please contact us at hello@promida.co.uk and we'll notify you when it becomes available.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard Delivery: £4.95
Express Next Day: £7.95
Free Delivery: On all orders over £50
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected option.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your parcel through Royal Mail's tracking service. If you haven't received your tracking details within 24 hours of ordering, please contact us.

What if I'm not home for delivery?

If you're not available, the courier will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection. Most parcels can be left in a safe place if you specify this in your delivery notes at checkout. For high-value orders, signature may be required.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can update your delivery address. Please contact us immediately at hello@promida.co.uk with your order number and new address. Once dispatched, address changes cannot be made.

🕯️ Scented Candles

What are your candles made from?

Our candles are made from premium natural soy wax blended with high-quality fragrance oils. We use cotton wicks for a clean, even burn. All our candles are vegan-friendly, cruelty-free, and free from parabens and phthalates.

How long do your candles burn?

Burn times vary by size:
Small (120g): Approximately 25-30 hours
Medium (200g): Approximately 40-45 hours
Large (300g): Approximately 60-70 hours
Actual burn time may vary depending on how you care for your candle.

How do I get the best burn from my candle?

First burn: Allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges (about 2-3 hours). This prevents tunneling.
Trim the wick: Before each use, trim to 5mm to prevent smoking and ensure even burning.
Burn time: Don't burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
Safety: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from drafts, children, and pets.

Why is my candle smoking or the flame too high?

This usually means the wick needs trimming. Extinguish the candle, let it cool, trim the wick to 5mm, and relight. If the problem persists, ensure the candle isn't in a drafty area.

Can I reuse the candle jar?

Absolutely! Once your candle has burned down, clean out any remaining wax by placing the jar in warm water. Once the wax loosens, wipe clean with a paper towel. Our jars make beautiful storage containers, plant pots, or pen holders.

Are your candles safe for people with allergies?

Our candles are made with natural ingredients and are free from common irritants. However, if you have specific sensitivities, please check the scent notes listed on each product page. Contact us if you need more detailed ingredient information.

🌿 Reed Diffusers

How long do reed diffusers last?

Our reed diffusers typically last 3-4 months with proper care. The longevity depends on factors like room temperature, air circulation, and how many reeds you use. For a stronger scent, use more reeds; for a subtle fragrance, use fewer.

How do I set up my reed diffuser?

1. Remove the stopper from the bottle
2. Insert the reeds into the fragrance oil
3. Allow 24-48 hours for the reeds to fully absorb and release the fragrance
4. Flip the reeds every week or two to refresh the scent
5. Place on a flat, stable surface away from direct sunlight

Can I refill my reed diffuser?

Yes! We sell diffuser refills in the same fragrances as our original diffusers. When refilling, we recommend replacing the reeds as old reeds become saturated and less effective. Simply pour the new fragrance oil into your clean bottle and insert fresh reeds.

Where should I place my reed diffuser?

Reed diffusers work best in areas with gentle air circulation—hallways, entryways, bedrooms, or offices. Avoid placing them:
• In direct sunlight (can fade the fragrance)
• Near air vents or fans (evaporates too quickly)
• On polished or delicate surfaces (oil can damage finishes)
• Within reach of children or pets

The scent seems weak—what can I do?

Try these tips:
• Flip the reeds to refresh the scent
• Add more reeds for stronger fragrance
• Move to a smaller room for more concentrated scent
• Replace the reeds if they've been in use for 2+ months
If the fragrance has been open for over 6 months, the oil may have naturally evaporated and weakened.

🛁 Bath Bombs

What are your bath bombs made from?

Our bath bombs are handcrafted using natural ingredients including baking soda, citric acid, Epsom salts, essential oils, and skin-nourishing butters. They're vegan, cruelty-free, and free from harsh chemicals, parabens, and sulfates.

How do I use a bath bomb?

1. Fill your bathtub with warm water
2. Drop the bath bomb into the water
3. Watch it fizz and release its fragrance and colors
4. Step in and relax for 15-20 minutes
5. Rinse your tub after use to prevent any residue buildup
For best results, use the bath bomb immediately after dropping it in.

Are bath bombs safe for sensitive skin?

Our bath bombs are formulated with gentle, natural ingredients suitable for most skin types. However, if you have very sensitive skin or specific allergies, we recommend checking the ingredient list on each product page. We also suggest doing a patch test before full use.

Will bath bombs stain my tub?

No, our bath bombs are formulated to dissolve completely without staining. However, we recommend rinsing your tub immediately after use to prevent any color residue from settling. Regular cleaning will keep your tub pristine.

How should I store bath bombs?

Store bath bombs in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep them in their original packaging or an airtight container until ready to use. Exposure to humidity can cause them to lose their fizz prematurely.

Can I use bath bombs in a jacuzzi or hot tub?

We don't recommend using bath bombs in jacuzzis or hot tubs as the oils and butters can clog jets and filters. They're designed specifically for regular bathtubs.

Can I customize a gift hamper?

Yes! While we offer pre-curated hampers for various occasions, we're happy to create bespoke hampers tailored to your needs. Contact us at hello@promida.co.uk with your requirements, budget, and any specific products or themes you'd like included.

Do hampers come gift-wrapped?

Absolutely! All our hampers come beautifully presented in gift-ready packaging with elegant finishing touches. We use luxury tissue paper, ribbons, and our signature presentation style. Each hamper is ready to give—no extra wrapping needed.

Can I add a personalized message?

Yes! At checkout, you can add a personalized gift message (up to 250 characters) which we'll include on a beautiful card with your hamper. For longer messages or specific card designs, please contact us directly.

Can hampers be delivered directly to the recipient?

Yes! You can choose to have your hamper delivered directly to your recipient's address. Simply enter their delivery details at checkout. We'll include your gift message but no pricing information will be included in the package.

Can I return a gift hamper?

Unopened hampers in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days. However, once a hamper has been opened or individual items removed, it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please see our full Returns Policy for details.

💼 Corporate & Wedding Gifting

What's the minimum order for corporate gifting?

We don't have a strict minimum order quantity. However, we offer volume discounts starting from orders of 10+ items. For bespoke corporate packages, please contact us at hello@promida.co.uk to discuss your requirements.

Can you add our company branding?

Yes! For larger corporate orders, we can incorporate your company branding through custom gift tags, branded ribbons, or personalized cards. We can also create completely bespoke hampers that reflect your brand identity. Contact us to discuss options and pricing.

How far in advance should I order for weddings?

For wedding favors or bridesmaid gifts, we recommend ordering at least 6-8 weeks before your wedding date. This allows time for customization, production, and delivery. For last-minute orders, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate rush requests.

Do you offer samples for corporate orders?

Yes! For orders over 25 items, we can provide a sample hamper or product selection at a discounted rate so you can review quality and presentation before placing your full order. Contact us to arrange this.

Can you deliver to multiple addresses?

Absolutely! We regularly handle multi-location deliveries for corporate clients sending gifts to employees, clients, or event attendees. Provide us with an address list and we'll coordinate the logistics. Pricing depends on quantity and locations.

How do I request a corporate quote?
