Do my points expire?

Points remain active for 12 months from the date they were earned. Any points not redeemed within that period will expire.

Is there a minimum redemption?

You need a minimum of 100 points to redeem a reward. Each 100-point increment unlocks a £5 discount.

Can I combine rewards with other discounts?

Yes, rewards discounts can be combined with most active promotions unless otherwise stated.
